Trying to take selfies
Did this November 2011 ( I have done it since but my time was worse I think and can’t find it)
Used 25kgs and 17 something minutes.
Tonight, rx’d (30kg) in 15:57 yay! All OH Squats were unbroken.
The runs were serious jogs…shuffles even.
Maybe a break was what I needed :)

And it SUCKS.
I Keep trying to push through it and I just feel worse and worse.
I now want to leave my box and just go back to my gym, do a couple of spin classes a week, do my strength stuff, get out for a couple of short runs here and there, and be done with it you know. Back to health and fitness. No more obsession with numbers and times.
But when someone says dress code is “smart casual”, I instantly see myself in heels, jeans, and a big fuck off smelly crossfit hoodie. Smart…casual.
Probz wouldn’t go down to well in St Heliers though. But damn I am comfy right now.
